What's up! I realized that last week I said it was a wild week and didn't even explain what made it wild! How silly of me! One of the silliest things that happened was when we went to the doctor last week and it was such a sketchy hospital and the nurse that was drawing my blood just went to town moving the needle in my arm, only to not get anything out and puff a little air in my veins! Then she gave up and another nurse came to try to get blood out of my other arm and also went to town. The first nurse left a nasty bruise on my arm and everyday this past week I've had people mention it and recommend remedies hahaha. I just think it's hilarious. Then we hung out in the xray room with a different nurse, who is also a member and the one that took us there, and this security guy (I think?) came in and we just taught him the Restoration while they casually got us hospital rice and beans. Hola! Wild week this week. I feel like so much happened it felt like a year long with all that went on this week there were just so many random things that happened everyday this week haha. First I want to say that me and Hna. Perry did speak our cameras out and one day we snuck our phone out and got so many good greenery pics!! Check them out! The best thing is that we did not get robbed, a blessing!! Me and Hna. Perry serves as STLs here in Villa Mella and we had exchanges this week! It's so cool to get to know the different hermanas in our zone! They're so awesome! I have no idea what I'm doing as an hermana lider lol but Hna. Aguilar is great and she killed it. It rained SO MUCH this week. And of course neither I or Perry had umbrellas so we had to get pretty creative on how to avoid getting drenched. Hi! This week was so cool! I love this area this is awesome!!!!!!! It's so Campo (like countryside/rural type vibe?), which means it's green EVERYWHERE. It's so pretty!!!!! We were literally walking down a dirt road hill and it just looked like the jungle around us with the smell of the woods and it was the best ever. It's such a little village vibe I LOVE IT. Unfortunately this is the most dangerous zone in the mission so we can't take our phones or cameras out of the house in case we get robbed so I just don't have much proof but believe me it's awesome. Me and Hna. Perry decided we're gonna just take our cameras out this week and pray realllll hard that no one robs us. So hopefully I can show you guys next week! Hey! We had a lot of good lessons this week! We had a friend who is basically a dry member who overcame his fear of public speaking yesterday and went up and bore his testimony!!! It was so awesome!! Sadly I'm leaving Los Mameyes and am heading up north to a place called Villa Mella! Far from the ocean now :,). I'm gonna have another tall companion (#tallgirls) her name is Hermana Perry, I am so stoked! I'm gonna miss Los Mameyes! I have learned SO MUCH in this area. I've really been able to see the hand of the Lord in ALL things and it has strengthened my testimony so much. I've experienced a lot of growth here. I've seen so many blessings and have learned so many lessons. I love this work! Hi! Whats up guys? This week was awesome. One of my most favorite on the mission thus far! So many of our friends want to come unto Christ!! My heart is so full! Sadly we had to stop teaching Diony last week :(. Sad but we gotta focus on the people who want to progress! He hadn't texted us the whole week and we didn't text him either but on Friday he texted us a long thing saying he's thankful that we introduced him to the Book of Mormon, and that "ever since he started reading it, he's felt a sensation of peace and clarity that he can't explain with words." How cool is that? That is literally answer to his prayers! Even though we let him go, I'm so glad that he feels that way about the Book of Mormon and I feel so happy that we could plant that seed!
