Hi! Another really great week!! I feel so thankful to be here!! Cool people, cool area, cool everything. I love this. I love this work. I know the Savior is guiding us every step, it's awesome.  Mormon 7 is also cool. It's short, simple, and powerful! Here's a verse: "Therefore repent, and be baptized in the name of Jesus, and  lay hold upon the gospel of Christ , which shall be set before you, not only in this record but also in the record which shall come unto the Gentiles from the Jews, which record shall come from the Gentiles unto you." (Verse 8). We have both the Bible and the Book of Mormon to help us come unto Christ and lay hold upon His gospel. I feel so lucky to be here and help people know of Him and this other testament of Jesus Christ so they can know how to better follow their Savior. Guys, I am just living it up rn these weeks have been soooo good I love it here. We have been working reallyyyyyy hard and hope to see some fruits of our labors soon! This week we focused a lot on inviting our friends to make covenants with our Heavenly Father and a lot said yes! It has been so cool to see Hermana Jean step out of her comfort zone and invite our friends to come unto Christ! She's a rockstar!! One of those friends was DIONY. YEAH. After so much time, he finally accepted his date. I was like Diony we keep going in circles here, if you really want to know, you really have to seek! So we invited him to actually read the Book of Mormon every day, and to sincerely pray. We asked him if he did such and received his answer before April 29, would he get baptized on that day. And he said yes!!!!! Please keep him in your prayers, he's so awesome and so prepared, and he really wants to know for himself that these things are true! We had lots of friends come worship with us...

Hi! Really good week this week. I feel really happy to be here. We've been finding a lot of Haitians this week that are all super willing to come unto Christ. It's been kinda fun because Hermana Jean understands creole but can't speak it very well, while I can speak creole but can't understand it very well. A dynamic duo. So we've been getting a lot of creole practice this week! And not only that but our Haitian friends came to church yesterday and the member who is also Haitian just gave them the warmest welcome and it made our hearts so happy :,). Everyone was also really nice to them which I was just so thankful to see because sometimes heavy discrimination takes place in this country... but everyone was awesome yesterday! Neither of them really speak Spanish very well but they said they enjoyed it and would come back next week! hey This week was a little weird haha it just felt a little off but we made it through and still had a good turnout! We had exchanges this week and they went really well!! I really love our stls and I'm thankful for them! I got to go with Hermana Beus one last time before she heads home :').  Conference was this weekend and it was so. good. We had some friends come watch with us at church and it was awesome! Our main focus was our friend Diony. On Saturday afternoon we had him come with us to a members house to watch it there, and on Sunday he hung out at the church with us to watch it there! We invited him to think of a question or doubt and really just come to conference searching for an answer! He was determined and watched all the sessions, and at the end, said he received an answer! We were so glad! Still no answer on baptism yet, but I think his faith definitely grew this weekend and he got to come spend time with members so I'd say were headed the right direction.  I...
